After waiting 24 hours for a tow from AAA after my son was in an accident, I finally gave up and called Joe's. I informed him no one would be present at the car or drop off location, so he repeatedly reached out to make sure we were on the same page and all details were correct. I was stuck in sand off the side of the road in Kissimmee, Florida. Joe drove all the way from Orlando to come help me. Not only that but he had to go pick his jeep up first to get me out. He charged me a very fair rate afterwards and was super nice. I can’t say enough about how helpful and patient Joesph was! I broke down and was so stressed- he let me take my time figuring out the best place to bring it, said he wouldn’t charge me more to take it a little further and helped us push the car into the right spot at the mechanic.
